About
I spent over a decade in operational leadership, ending as General Manager at Sticks'n'Sushi with 50 people and full responsibility for the business.
Then I went back to school at the IT University of Copenhagen and specialised in how AI actually gets governed inside organisations: who decides, which tools carry the rules, and where it breaks down in practice.
That mix is what I bring. I know what a policy looks like on paper, and I know what it looks like on a busy Friday night when nobody has time to read it.
What I work on
AI governance and the EU AI Act
Risk classification, AI use case registers and governance frameworks that people actually follow.
Digital transformation
Agile delivery with SAFe, process mapping, and getting new systems adopted by the people who have to use them.
Data and enterprise systems
SAP, Power BI and Python. I have taught SAP and Power BI at ITU and use Python for analysis and prototypes.
